This will be a half-day conference workshop hosted at University of Oregon in the DeArmond MakerSpace. Participants will make and take sensors that can be used to explore testable questions about environmental factors such as air temperature, carbon dioxide, and nitric oxide. Curricular resources will be introduced to support student-driven projects. Additional time will be dedicated to visit labs associated with the Center for Advanced Materials Characterization in Oregon (CAMCOR).
