This webinar is a continuation of our previous session, Tools to Next Gen-ify Your Instruction (previous attendance not required). Together, we will dive in to Claim, Evidence, Reasoning statements to support students to speak and write like scientists. Berkeley and Susan will cover the importance of starting with a phenomenon, and what CER statements can look like with examples of student work. They will also provide tools you can use right away to scaffold CER statements with your students! Please note this webcast will start at 4:45.
