STEM Educators mark your calendar for Friday, March 22, 2013
As part of the National Organization for the Professional Advancement of Black Chemists and Chemical Engineers (NOBCChE) effort to provide value added programming for our members and STEM educators at both the National and Regional level, the West Region of NOBCChE in partnership with the will be hosting a Science Educator Teacher Workshop during its West Regional Meeting.
This free one-day workshop will provide science-based activities that are filled with hands-on experiments, which align with state required objectives. The workshop will include a light breakfast
and working lunch, which will allow educators to share their teaching strategies, insight and challenges.
There will be teaching materials, other resources and give-a-ways. Teachers will receive a Certificate of Participation for 6 hours.
Space is limited, please register early!
