The Institute for the Study of Resilience in Youth (ISRY), a Harvard-based research institute invites grade 6 to 8 science teachers, coaches, and administrators to our FREE professional learning opportunities, which will provide certificates of completion and a deeper understanding of middle grade science and engineering teaching and learning. Register here TODAY to secure your space for the 2024-2025 school year!

What is the opportunity? Our research team created an observation system for grade 6 to 8 science and engineering classrooms called the Dimensions of Success, with funding by the National Science Foundation (Award #2101554). You are invited to be part of this pioneering work through learning about the system and giving our team feedback on topics such as: 1) identifying and discussing strategies to build resilience and thriving skills through authentic science and engineering experiences and 2) looking and listening for evidence of these strategies in classrooms.
