What is the opportunity? Our research team created an observation system for grade 6 to 8 science and engineering classrooms called the Dimensions of Success, with funding by the National Science Foundation (Award #2101554). You are invited to be part of this pioneering work through learning about the system and giving our team feedback on topics such as: 1) identifying and discussing strategies to build resilience and thriving skills through authentic science and engineering experiences and 2) looking and listening for evidence of these strategies in classrooms.

- Conversation-Based Learning Series: Live, interactive group discussions held on Zoom on November 19, 2024 - 3-4:30pm ET, February 20, 2025 - 6-7:30pm ET, and April 10, 2025 - 3-4:30pm ET. In addition to these planned sessions, we can schedule personalized sessions for your group of 10-15 educators.
- Reflection-Based Learning Series: 20-minute modules in a self-paced, online, video-based learning series
- Observation-Based Certification Training: 12-hour, self-paced and Zoom-based components
